Exclusivity

To maintain exclusivity of our products and to protect your investment in the Moulin Roty brand, we do not stock shops that are within the same shopping catchments as each other. However, please note that allocation of exclusivity is based on a substantial and continued commitment to Moulin Roty products and this is reviewed yearly.
If we have provided you with a link to this information page, we are happy to let you know that your shop is located in a unique catchment and we are able to supply Moulin Roty products to you.

How to achieve success with Moulin Roty toys

Each Moulin Roty range is developed by a talented in-house design team, sometimes in collaboration with guest artists and designers. Because each range has its own unique theme or story and a carefully chosen palette of colours and fabric textures, merchandising and display is greatly facilitated and we find that it is often successful to have a good concentration of product for each range that you choose. Moulin Roty produce posters for most ranges, and these may be available in Australia – please let us know if you are interested. Display units are also available – again contact us if you would like to explore any of the display unit options.

A retail mark-up of wholesale price x 2.2 (+/-5%) is recommended.

Online retailing

If you are planning to sell the stock on a website, Moulin Roty request that their products be listed on a dedicated Moulin Roty page, with no other brands present. Obviously, we understand that in top level shopping or category pages, items might be mixed, but we do ask that you have a dedicated Moulin Roty brand page, where people can browse the Moulin Roty products. Please note the retail price recommendation. Product and ambience images are available for all items (Moulin Roty requests that the images provided by the company are used on the Moulin Roty product page). Sales within market place sites such as Amazon and eBay are not permitted.

Social media

Please feel free to re-post from the Moulin Roty Australia facebook or instagram posts. If you get inspired to use Moulin Roty products in your social media posts, it would be much appreciated if you would mention or tag Moulin Roty (@moulin_roty_australia) as the brand in the photo.

Referrals and backlinks to your website

The Moulin Roty Australia and Play Imports websites both have the facility to allow the general public to make enquiries regarding particular products. This allows us to direct enquiries to your store, if it is likely that you would have a requested product in stock. We also notify all enquirers of their closest Moulin Roty stockist. If you have a website, we will link to your website from both the Moulin Roty Australia website and the Play Imports website when you list a dedicated page of Moulin Roty products.
