Terms and conditions of sale
Minimum initial Moulin Roty order: $500
Subsequent orders: $300 minimum
Orders
Minimum orders are as stated above. Items are to be ordered in packing units (PU) where indicated in the price list. By placing an order you are agreeing to comply and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Payment
Payment is required before delivery (a proforma invoice will be issued).
Freight
Goods are sold, and risk transfers to buyer, ex warehouse. Freight will be charged at cost and included on the invoice once costs are established . The minimum freight cost is $30.00. Insurance can be organised on request. Claims for any in-transit damage cannot be processed if a consignment has been signed for as in good condition upon delivery as this will invalidate any insurance claim.
A $15.00 handling fee will be charged for orders under $300.00. Small orders will only be processed for soft toys and this will be at the discretion of Play Imports Pty Ltd.
Recommended Retail Price
A retail mark-up of wholesale price x 2.2 (+/- 5%) is recommended
Exclusivity
Exclusivity will be provided where there is a substantial and continued commitment to Moulin Roty products
Boundaries will be based on local catchment areas. Exclusivity will be reviewed yearly.
Special orders
Items stocked in Australia are noted on the price list. Special orders may be made for items not stocked in Australia. Special orders are sold only in packing units, where applicable, and a 50 % deposit is required at the time of order. Please note that orders of non-Australian stock items may NOT be cancelled (this includes delay in supply due to circumstances outside the control of Play Imports Pty Ltd). Returns will not be accepted unless goods are faulty.
Backorders
Out of stock items will be automatically placed on backorder unless requested otherwise by the buyer at the time of order.
The price for backordered items will be fixed for 30 days from date of order, after which prices may be subject to change.
Claims and shortages
Buyers must advise of delivery discrepancies within seven (7) days of the date of delivery.
Returns are not accepted unless previously advised and approved. Please email details of any fault with images.
Should a claim be made for faulty goods, freight costs will not be credited until the fault is verified by Play Imports Pty Ltd.
Products requiring assembly
Where items are supplied in kit form, Play Imports Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility for faults due to incorrect assembly.
Colours and style
Where items are indicated as assorted in price lists &/or catalogues, specific colour/style requests will not be accepted.
Catalogue descriptions
Items may vary slightly from the catalogue illustrations and are subject to change without prior notice.
Colours and sizes indicated in catalogues are approximate.
Pricing errors
Play Imports reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for items priced incorrectly due to typographical errors or incorrect information provided by suppliers.
Wooden products
Wood is a natural product and is subject to minor imperfections and colour variations. Such imperfections in an item will not be accepted as a fault by Play Imports Pty Ltd.
Title of goods
All goods remain the property of Play Imports Pty Ltd until full payment has been received.
